MINIMAL GEAR TRAINING:

22 days worth of “automated” training sessions. Most sessions can be completed with body weight only. If the session calls for a piece of equipment you don’t have, adaptations will be easy! All sessions are timed or on a timed basis. The “lead in” screen of each session will show the entire sessions worth of exercises. If you need to reference an exercise before beginning, check out the “Exercise, Stretching, & “How To” library above! An audio prompt will tell you what exercise is next!

KICKBOXING & EXERCISE INSTRUCTION:

Kickboxing techniques and “How To” from the jab and slip, to knees, elbows, kicks and multi-strike combinations. Call numbers and high percentage combinations that work! Add automated rounds for the novice to pro, that can be used solo or with a partner + stretching and common exercises that fighters utilize… and you have yourself a Fight Camp!

 

TRADITIONAL TAEKWONDO BASICS + STAND UP TECHNIQUES:

TAEGEUK Forms 1-8, “How To” tie your belt, perform basic blocks, stances, strikes and kicks + other non traditional striking that we utilize in our martial arts programs.
