DO I NEED TO BE IN SHAPE TO TRAIN AT REVOLUTION?

ONLY YOUR MIND!  "WHEN THE STUDENT IS READY, THE TEACHER WILL APPEAR".  WE HAVE CLIENTS FROM ALL DEMOGRAPHICS & ABILITIES.  CHECK YOUR EGO AT THE DOOR.  BE A SPONGE.  WORK HARD... YOU'LL FIT RIGHT IN!

CAN I TRAIN WITH THIS SORENESS?

KNOWING THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HURT & INJURED IS A LEARNED PROCESS.  OUR TRAINERS KNOW THIS PROCESS PERSONALLY.  ALWAYS COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR TRAINER, AND TRUST US TO HELP!  THERE WILL BE DAYS THAT YOU'LL NEED TO REST.  PROGRAMMING FOR THE WEEK WILL ALLOW YOU TO TRAIN AS MUCH AS YOU WANT.  REMEMBER THAT NUTRITION, SUPPLEMENTATION, REST & MENTAL ATTITUDE ARE ALL EQUAL PARTS TO THE WHOLE THAT IS ATHLETICISM.

DO I NEED SPECIAL GEAR?

NOT AT ALL!  T-SHIRT/TANK, SHORTS, SHOES, BOTTLE OF WATER, & A TOWEL... YOU ARE SET! 

WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE A SESSION?

LIFE HAPPENS!  WE ALL HAVE THINGS COME UP FROM TIME TO TIME OR FORGET A THING OR TWO...

REVOLUTION DOES HAVE A 24HR CANCELLATION POLICY FOR OUR SMALL GROUP TRAINING & PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS.  EXCEPTIONS WOULD BE EMERGENCIES OR ILLNESS.

IS THIS CROSSFIT?

NOT AT ALL... WE ARE ELITISTS AND PROUD OF IT.  REVOLUTION SEEKS TO IMPROVE ON TECHNIQUE, SKILL WORK, PROGRAMMING, AND SHEER "OUT OF THE BOX" TRAINING AT ALL TIMES!

DO I HAVE TO SPAR IN THE KICKBOXING CLASS?

NO... YOU WILL BE TRAINING ALONGSIDE OUR COMBATANTS, & OPERATORS.  WE HAVE JUST AS MANY "DOMESTIC WARRIORS" AS PRO FIGHTERS THAT TRAIN IN OUR KICKBOXING AND MMA PROGRAMS!
