Employees pay a low flat rate that gets lower as more coworkers join. Your company pays one flat monthly partnership fee — one invoice, zero per-person billing
Regular individual rate: $150/mo. Join fees waived. Family discounts cover spouses/partners and youth programs — martial arts, MMA, and athlete/sports development for any sport. Corporate rates require active employment with a partner company; tiers adjust quarterly as your enrolled count grows.

Getting started takes 10 minutes
1. Book a 10-minute call or tour. We confirm your tier and set up your company code.
2. Forward one email. We hand you a ready-to-send announcement, a breakroom flyer, and Slack blurbs. That's your entire job.
3. Your team enrolls online in 2 minutes. Employees sign up with your code — we handle billing, waivers, and scheduling. First stop: your team's private kickoff session.

What does it cost our company? One flat monthly partnership fee — $200, $350, or $500 depending on team size — on a single invoice. Your employees pay their own discounted rate of $55–$75/month (regular rate $150). No per-person billing ever touches your desk.
How many employees do we need? Just 5. Tiers adjust automatically as more of your team joins — and everyone's rate drops when you cross into the next tier.
Is there a long-term contract? The partnership agreement runs 12 months (it keeps your code and rates active). Individual employees are month-to-month and can cancel anytime.
Does the discount really cover families? Yes. Household members get your company's tier discount on any program — adult memberships, youth martial arts & MMA, and athlete/sports development for kids in any sport.
When can employees actually train? Open gym runs 4am–10pm every day via secure keyless entry, with classes throughout the day. Early birds, lunch-hour training, and after-work sessions all work.
Do employees need experience? None. Every program scales from first-timer to competitor, and the kickoff session is built for all levels.
