FLEXIBILITY & MOBILITY for WORK:

These are 3-10 minute "Industry Based" flexibility & mobility routines. If you find yourself "Desk Bound", a "Driver", or "Standing", choose one of the corresponding routines to loosen up the muscles and joints that can get fatigued, tight, & stressed, by your daily routine.

10 MINUTE TRAINING SESSIONS:

These 10 minute sessions are geared for those just getting started with training, or those that need a "quick fix".  great for the road, or when you don't have access to a lot of equipment or space.

MINIMAL & NO GEAR TRAINING:

These training sessions were designed for anyone not wanting, or having access to a lot of equipment.  Most of the exercises in these sessions can be performed with no gear, or easily adapted to no gear, or minimal gear.  All the sessions are easily used by anyone of any fitness level.

KICKBOXING ROUNDS:

This growing library of Kickboxing Training Sessions are available for beginners to advanced practitioners.  Each session is 3, 5 minute rounds.  These sessions can be performed solo as "shadow boxing" or on a heavy bag.  They can also be utilized with a partner in a "You go/I go" format.  The sessions may also be used in a class setting, with or without heavy bags.

HOW TO - TRAINING TECHNIQUE:

Use the ever growing library below to learn proper form and terminology from all of our training sessions.

HOW TO - KICKBOXING TECHNIQUE:

Use the below videos to train proper form, balance, and breathing for kickboxing.  Utilize these "How to" videos as frequently as needed to ensure a solid foundation in your technique and application.

STRESS MANAGEMENT & RELAXATION THERAPY:

These guided sessions are for stress management, circulation, hypertension, energy management, and overall wellness.  The "Full Set" is just over 30 minutes.  The shorter sessions target more specific needs and are from 3-10 minutes in length.

HOW TO - FLEXIBILITY & MOBILITY for WARM UPS & COOL DOWNS:

These training videos are designed to teach you proper form and postures for Warm Ups and Cool Downs within our training sessions.
