Functional Training for all that life may hand you. Strength, Strength Endurance, Power, Power Endurance, Lactic Threshold, Accumulation & Hypertrophy. Programming for results with muscle confusion, and psychological pressure. No two sessions are ever the same. We utilize a myriad of equipment & modalities to keep your body guessing and metabolism high.

True, traditional mixed martial arts for today’s modern warrior. With roots in Cambat Taekwondo, Combat Hapkido, & Judo, our program flows with practical application to allow the practitioner the utmost safety while devastating their attacker.

We also train “non traditional” sport mma as well.

Novice through professionals are welcome! This is the “real deal”. Learn a hybrid program utilizing the best from Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, & European style kickboxing. We not only teach what works, but works for YOU! Plenty of cardio, core, speed and strength training are incorporated into these sessions.

We teach your children ages 6 & up the traditional styles of Taekwondo, Hapkido, & Judo. In this comprehensive curriculum, your child will be adept in self protection wherever the confrontation may go. With our martial arts program you have the opportunity to Increase your child’s abilities of self awareness, proprioception, self control, self confidence, & athleticism.
